Analyse and report on SHEQ performance metrics, identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure the company is compliant.
Develop and implement SHEQ policies and procedures, in line with regulatory and company standards.
Manage incident reporting, investigation and follow-up process to identify root causes and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety practices, environmental awareness, quality assurance and risk management.
Develop and maintain an effective SHEQ management system, including the integration of ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO50001 management system standards.
Ensure relevant documentation is maintained for all SHEQ activities.

Strong experience in Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management systems, including the development and implementation of ISO management systems.
Experience in conducting audits and inspections, developing training programs, and providing guidance and support to employees.
Strong working knowledge of SHEQ regulations and standards.
