Oversee daily roofing operations for residential and commercial projects across the Phoenix area, ensuring jobs stay on schedule and within budget in a fast‑paced, high‑volume market. Manage subcontractor crews, coordinate materials, deliveries, and equipment, and serve as the primary point of contact for crews. Handle change orders, troubleshoot issues, enforce safety standards, quality control, and compliance with manufacturer specifications and Arizona building codes. Participate in bi‑weekly goal‑setting and production meetings while helping develop and improve production processes to support continued growth in the Valley.

The role also requires tech‑savvy use of smartphones and basic computer systems, dependability, self‑motivation, and the ability to pass a drug and background check.
