Description

• Promptly and thoroughly respond to customer inquiries over the phone and through electronic correspondence.
• Embrace and foster a culture of one‑touch resolution for all customer needs, delivering white‑glove service while maintaining expected service levels.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with leaders to implement practical solutions.
• Monitor trends in the customer experience and inform management of findings.
• Complete ad‑hoc reporting, research, and projects as directed by management.

Requirements

The Guest Service Associate role supports borrowers and internal stakeholders by delivering best‑in‑class service. The position calls for an assertive, highly collaborative individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong organization, eagerness to assist customers, and excellent verbal and written communication skills; the role reports to the AVP of Guest Service and is eligible for overtime.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Background in mortgage servicing or services preferred.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and self‑prioritize workload to meet deadlines as an individual and leader.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
