• Lead, mentor, and inspire multidisciplinary project teams to achieve outstanding results.

Requirements

As our project portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to join our expanding Brisbane team. This pivotal role will see you lead large-scale solar and BESS projects from concept through to completion, ensuring technical excellence, commercial success, and lasting client partnerships.

• Solid financial acumen with expertise in contracts, cost control, and dispute resolution.
• 5+ years managing large-scale solar and/or BESS projects, including at least one solar farm of 50MW+.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, while maintaining exceptional safety and quality standards.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a track record of building strong external and internal relationships.
• Strong technical and commercial knowledge of solar technologies, storage systems, and grid integration.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
