Looking for Senior Tools & Injection Mold Designer to lead the design and development of precision tooling and injection molds for complex engineering components.

Experience: 8+ Years
- Experience with direct and indirect hot stamping methods Familiarity with segmented tooling (heated/cooled zones) for multi-phase forming
- Proficiency in CAD software: SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX, or equivalent.
- Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Thermal expansion and distortion/Fatigue and cracking/Loss of dimensional accuracy
- Expertise in injection mold design and tooling for high-precision components.
- Strong understanding of polymer behaviour, mold materials, and machining processes.
- Knowledge of GD&T, tolerancing, and dimensional control.
- Experience with mold flow simulation tools: Moldex3D, Autodesk Moldflow, or similar.
