- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, networking, Systems, and support for smooth operation and projects
- Streamline identity, messaging, and infrastructure management tasks
- Design, implement, and maintain hybrid identity solutions by integrating on-premises Active Directory and Exchange Server with Microsoft 365 services
- Implement and manage system health monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using PowerShell
- Assist with implementation and tuning of conditional access, MFA, and other identity protection tools
- Work with on-premises Exchange and Exchange Online, mail routing, anti-spam/phishing solutions, and identity protection mechanisms
- Design, implement, and maintain synchronization (Entra ID Connect, SSO, conditional access, etc.)
- Manage and optimize Office 365 services including Exchange, Exchange Online, and Teams

- Familiar with Microsoft Purview for managing compliance and legal requirements
- Proven experience with:
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure and its associated services and resources
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Solid understanding of messaging systems and identity/access management concepts
- Bachelor's degree in technology-related field or relevant certifications
- Microsoft certifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in a systems engineering, infrastructure, or cloud operations role
- Exposure to hybrid cloud implementations
- Azure infrastructure services.
- Identity synchronization tools (e.g., Azure AD Connect)
- Quick learner with a proactive mindset and minimal need for oversight
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and operational tasks
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Microsoft Entra ID and on-prem Active Directory
- Hands-on experience with modern management tools
