Graymont is seeking a dedicated Plant Manager for our Otorohanga, Te Kuiti and facilities in the Waikato region of North Island, New Zealand, The Plant Manager plays a crucial role in enabling the delivery of high-quality lime and limestone products while fostering a safe and positive workplace culture!

  • Advanced people development skills with measurable team engagement and skill results.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical disciplines and develop a continuous improvement culture.
  • Experience in Lime, Cement or Thermal processing industries
  • Mine manager’s certification/ticket.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (business, leadership or similar).
  • Experience in driving effective change management and in-depth financial analysis.
  • Proven leadership in mining or manufacturing operations.
