Safely handle and utilize housekeeping chemicals, following established procedures.
Meticulously clean and prepare guest rooms, ensuring all amenities and supplies are fully stocked and ready for use.
Inspect rooms for maintenance needs and promptly report any issues.
Follow the company's guest service recovery program to address and resolve guest concerns effectively.
Take ownership of guest satisfaction, delivering outstanding housekeeping services with efficiency and care.

Previous housekeeping or laundry experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with a customer-focused mindset.
Be well-versed in hotel emergency procedures to act effectively in critical situations.

Physically capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
Ability to move around the hotel (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods.
Must be available on weekends.
Reliable and predictable attendance is essential.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
