Production Manager

Description

• Manage labor effectively for entire shift
• Drive plant operations and continuous improvement
• Work closely with all departments to achieve plant KPIs including safety, environment, people, quality, responsiveness, and cost
• Ensure all personnel wear correct safety equipment before shift and maintain safety awareness throughout the shift
• Follow safety and incident reporting procedures, ensure proper training, and verify correct job performance

Requirements

What We Are Looking For – Candidates should have at least five years of manufacturing management experience, preferably in non‑climate‑controlled environments, and possess a working knowledge of TPS concepts such as 5S and root‑cause analysis. Understanding of production planning, resource allocation, and coordination of people and equipment is essential.
