The Senior Production Draftsperson reports to the Drafting Manager and joins the Complete by McDonald Jones team. In this rewarding role, the focus is on producing production plans and assisting with the management of team workflow within specified timeframes, meeting company standards. The position also involves quality‑checking files, handling queries from operations and construction, and maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant building codes and the National Construction Code.
Candidates should share a passion for the company’s purpose of becoming Australia’s number one residential builder and align with its core values. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and interpersonal skills, as well as good organisational and problem‑solving abilities while liaising with stakeholders.
