  • Strong understanding of affordable housing programs, including LIHTC and HUD compliance requirements.
  • Must be able to adjust schedule as needed to ensure appropriate levels of support.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and a passion for modern learning techniques.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze trends and implement effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and navigate sensitive issues professionally.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience with property management system products.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on user support.
  • Willingness to embrace feedback and continuously improve.
  • 3+ years of experience delivering training to geographically diverse teams.
