- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and navigate sensitive issues professionally.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with property management system products.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on user support.
- Willingness to embrace feedback and continuously improve.
- 3+ years of experience delivering training to geographically diverse teams.
