The Inventory Control Associate audits inventory to keep systems in balance during daily order processing and resolves all issues, adjustments, and discrepancies. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with internal control procedures, maintaining inventory accuracy, completing follow‑up on previous adjustments, and conducting cycle counts. The role also receives products from vendors, checks quality, communicates potential issues to buyers, and maintains quality‑control and inventory manuals while following safety policies.
Candidates generally have 2–5 years of experience; forklift experience, Spanish language proficiency, and familiarity with sales‑order software such as Oracle are preferred. Knowledge of construction and industrial products is also valuable. The position requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to follow company safety procedures.
