Develop plans, specifications, and cost estimates
Prepare and or review permits and permit exhibits
Design roadway drainage systems, including culverts, closed systems, and erosion/sediment control
Prepare technical reports and coordinate permitting with local and state agencies
Stormwater design for projects including both bid-build and design-build projects
Conduct bridge hydraulic studies and stormwater modeling using tools such as OpenRoads Designer (ORD), HY-8, and HEC-RAS

5+ years of relevant experience in water resources or drainage engineering
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Proficiency in MicroStation and ArcGIS
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Michigan or ability to obtain a license within 6 months
MDOT, OpenRoads Designer Drainage & Utility and/or HEC-RAS, SRH-2D, SWMM knowledge/experience is a plus!
