Responsibility for user administration process and user configuration within OT systems
Co-ordinate and actively manage support tickets raised with 3rd party vendors to drive resolution within agreed SLAs including overseeing the transfer of confidential information in a secure method.
Understand the wider water regulatory framework and ensure OT operations team activities compliance within those requirements
Proactive management of workloads and queues relating to data request requirements across the database repository and digital systems
Assist in the optimisation of the OT database repository and improving change management performance
Liaising and co-operating with other Operational and Work Management teams in order to deliver quality and timeliness of services utilising the database repository and digital systems
Customer focus, balancing the demands and building relationships with multiple clients
Management of the reporting on current position in relation to outstanding data request workloads across the OT Operations team
Adhere to all relevant Health and Safety processes, procedures and guidelines
Provide reports and analysis of outstanding and completed data requests
