Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate required.
Strategic understanding of the Appian platform, its low-code capabilities, and its role in enterprise process modeling and integration.
Superior analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Expertise in Agile and hybrid Agile/Waterfall project management methodologies at a portfolio level.
Demonstrated ability to manage a complex portfolio of programs, balancing priorities, resources, and budgets effectively.
Strong familiarity with enterprise data integrity, governance, and the integration of disparate enterprise systems.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing a portfolio of programs in digital transformation or CRM/BPM-focused environments.
Must be a US citizen and/or green card holder and be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
Prior FDA experience is a huge plus.
Executive-level leadership presence with exceptional conflict resolution and organizational skills.
Other relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, Appian Certified Program Manager, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and engage executive-level stakeholders.
Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform, its architecture, various clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud), and its strategic application.
A visionary and strategic thinker with keen business acumen and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, impactful results.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven track record of directing large-scale program portfolios that involve both Appian and Salesforce platforms.
