- Take ownership of compliance, safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Assemble, install, align, adjust, and fit subassemblies and parts using appropriate tools and fixtures per work instructions
- Clean parts and maintain tooling and equipment per work instructions
- Clean parts using acetone, braze assemble components per work instructions
- Utilize work instructions, set-up sheets and method documents to correctly set up machines and inspect machined parts.
- Collaborate in a team environment focused on lean manufacturing, safety, and productivity.
- Utilize computer programs to enter part data (e.g., serial number), log time, look up instructions
- Perform preset calibration and final testing on sub-assemblies or complete units
- Perform precision measurements using tools such as micrometers, calipers, and CMMs.

- Education/Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required. 2-5 years of related work experience.

- Technical Proficiency: Ability to read blueprints, perform shop math, and use precision measurement equipment.
