Collect and analyze data and use computer software as a tool for solving basic engineering problems.
Provide as needed support in the design, and analysis of municipal water / wastewater / drainage conveyance infrastructure under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
Perform construction inspections.
Perform work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule under supervision.
Prepare project specifications under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
Support the preparation of documentation for design projects and reports.

Demonstrated communication skills through publications or presentations, and work
Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
Candidate must have completed Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Environmental, Civil, Mechanical, Chemical or Process), or have demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Eligibility for registration with EGBC as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT)
Experience with project management concepts, principles, and duties
Basic knowledge of industry standard computer software for the position (examples include software such as CADD, AutoCAD, BioWin, GIS, Hydrologic/Hydraulic models)
