- Good communication and team working skills
- MIG welding of Mild Steel & Aluminum (Certifications a plus)
- Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
- Coachable and trainable
- Forklift Operator (a plus)
- Must be able to meet and/or exceed production goals
- Knowledge of grinding and sanding of welded areas to various degrees of finishing
- Must pass welding test prior to employment
- Must provide own tools (welding helmet, tape measure, framing square, welding pliers)
- Safety conscious and familiar with standard safety rules and policies
