Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, the manager will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to provide an inclusive, efficient recruitment service that supports Sisk’s ambitious growth plans. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, aligning hiring with workforce planning, and ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience that reflects the organisation’s culture.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment in large, multi‑site or project‑based organisations, strong stakeholder‑management skills, and a solid understanding of sourcing, talent mapping, and applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS. A degree in business, HR or a related field is essential, with a CIPD qualification and evidence of ongoing professional development preferred.
