Finalize GMP buyout with top 3 bidders per CSI division
Chair weekly OAC meetings and daily subcontractor coordination
Procore or PlanGrid daily logs and RFI/submittal tracking
Develop Level 3 P6 baseline schedule with resource loading
Lead value engineering workshops with architect (Bermello Ajamil) and engineers
Deliver as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and training to PortMiami facilities team
Manage TCO/CO issuance and final lien waivers
Coordinate CBP mock inspections and cruise line FIT tests
Oversee MEP rough-in, curtainwall installation, and baggage conveyor integration

Familiarity with USACE RMS, FDEP stormwater, and CBP facility standards
