- Lead in the development of lean principles, implementation and delivery of improvements
- Lead and drive the maintenance of the site
- Lead and management of CAPEX
- Communicating with materials department to plan build and negate issues
- Accountable for all operational results and reporting on KPI data
- Develop and implement a training plan for the team for current and future business demands; deliver an efficient appraisal system
- Coordinating and collaborating with teams and stakeholders
- Planning and controlling of all production processes

- Demonstrate within a manufacturing environment working knowledge of Quality Systems.
- >4 years Operational or Production Supervisor experience
- Computer Literate, competent with Microsoft Office
- Willing to take on business travel, work shifts and overtime as required.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Working knowledge of health and safety compliance.
- BTech in Engineering or similar qualifications
- Strong team approach
- Strong Leadership skills with the ability to influence others.
- Problem Solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills across all levels.
- Able to demonstrate ability to drive tangible business improvement
