As part of our Residential Development Team in Cary, you’ll support project engineers, contribute to design development, solve technical challenges, and help deliver high-quality plans. This role is perfect for early-career civil engineers who are eager to learn, collaborate, and grow!

Exposure to graphic or visualization software.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
FE Exam in progress/completed. Possibly already an EI/EIT.
Internship experience in field of expertise.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exposure to and/or experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Geopak, or related design software.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to take direction.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
0-1+ years of related professional experience (internships and co-ops considered).
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks under deadlines.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
EI/EIT certification or ability to obtain.
