  • Knowledge of metering products (Energy, Gas, Water) and smart connected devices with validation experience.
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and in collaborative team environments.
  • Hands-on experience in system integration, validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of sensors (temperature, pressure, vibration, water quality, etc.) and their validation processes.
  • 7–10+ years of experience in instrumentation/electronics system design and IoT product development.
  • Experience with EMI/EMC testing, compliance, and resolution.
  • Expertise in embedded systems, microcontrollers, and peripherals.
  • Familiarity with RTOS, Eclipse/Visual Studio, Git, and CI/CD tools.
  • Strong knowledge of IoT architecture & ecosystems.
  • At least 6 years in product/project management for IoT/electronics solutions.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills with the ability to balance technical and business priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in C, C++, Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with IoT protocols and standards – MQTT, CoAP, Zigbee, Z-Wave, BLE, Cellular IoT.
  • Strong experience in managing cross-functional teams and customer interactions.
  • Hardware development knowledge including Analog/digital Design, circuit reviews, and assembly packages.
  • Proven track record of delivering IoT hardware–software integrated products.
