Perform field verification of existing spaces and documentation as needed.
Lead and manage interior design projects in all phases of the design process, including programming, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
Support all market sectors in design and documentation of various project types.
Support business development activities as necessary
Coordinate and review consultant drawings for adherence to design vision and constructability.
Create project proposals, manage design budgets throughout the life of a project, and organize project staffing.
Select and present furniture, furniture systems, fabrics, equipment (FF&E), color palettes, and decorative lighting.

Demonstrated cultural awareness and sensitivity
Eight (8) years interior design experience in various project types
Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) software
Advanced knowledge of finishes, materials, color selections, furniture, and specifications
Advanced knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software: Revit, SketchUp, 3D Studio Max and other modeling software programs
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel software
NCIDQ Certified, or ability to become certified within 12 months of hire.
Experience with Newforma Project Center, Prolog Project Manager, or Primavera Systems Expedition software would be preferred.
Excellent story-telling skills, verbal and written, to convey concepts and visions to internal and external clients.
