- Perform billing and budgeting activities for the Benefits function
- Lead implementation of approved benefit changes, including vendor coordination and stakeholder communication
- Partner with Sourcing and Legal to negotiate or refresh vendor contracts
- Develop strategic plan designs, cost analyses, and business cases for new or enhanced programs
- Serve as a subject matter expert on global benefit policies and programs
- Manage select global benefit programs and associated vendors
- Ensure legal compliance of benefit plans and maintain accurate documentation
- Assist with external audits and actuarial valuations in collaboration with auditors, actuaries, and Finance
- Manage global benefit projects as assigned by the Director of Global Benefits
- Draft and update employee-facing communications, policies, and plan documents
- Resolve interface errors, plan design issues, and employee escalations
- Create and execute change management strategies for new vendors or programs
- Support HR business partners by providing technical expertise and resolving escalated issues

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (preferably in HR, Benefits, or related field)

- Excellent written communication skills for employee-facing materials
- Experience in complex, global organizations with mature HR processes
- Strong data analysis and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

- Willingness to work hands-on and maintain confidentiality of employee information
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS/vendor systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- 5+ years of global benefits experience, including 3+ years managing projects and vendors outside North America
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical procedures, plan documents, and regulations
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
