Benchmark existing business systems with best options on the market and suggest new developments
Coordinate new system development and existing system improvements with the business system team acting as bridge between business system and sourcing teams.
Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
Design and build low-code/no-code applications and workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
Coordinate related standard operating procedure drafting and provide training to the team
Initiate and lead system development projects to meet new requirements or to improve current process
