- Répondre aux bons de travail de manière opportune en assurant la conformité aux ICP et un excellent service à la clientèle tout en favorisant le travail d'équipe, la coopération et l'excellence de performance pour soutenir le succès client et la gestion des relations, en assurant la conformité aux exigences contractuelles du client
- Effectuer des réparations d'urgence ou de la maintenance préventive en dehors des heures normales, incluant les soirs et fins de semaine selon les besoins
- Expérience avec un SGMO (Système de Gestion de Maintenance Organisée) souhaitée et solides compétences informatiques, incluant la suite Microsoft Office et autres logiciels standards
- Minimum de 4 ans d'expérience en exploitation de bâtiments, diplôme d'études secondaires, et idéalement deux ans de formation technique dans les domaines électrique, réfrigération ou CVC
- Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et capacité de travailler de manière autonome dans un environnement dynamique
- Effectuer des tâches d'entretien général telles que le remplacement de lampes/ballasts, les réparations générales et autres travaux d'entretien tout en maintenant un espace de travail propre et organisé
- Excellentes compétences en communication, incluant la capacité de lire, comprendre et rédiger de la correspondance et des instructions, avec bilinguisme (français/anglais) requis
- Fournir des services complets de gestion d'installations, incluant la surveillance continue du site, la maintenance préventive et prédictive, les rondes d'équipement et la gestion des demandes de service
- Maîtrise dans l'utilisation d'outils manuels et électriques, lecture de compteurs numériques et interprétation de plans et schémas
- Capacité physique d'effectuer les fonctions essentielles du poste, incluant marcher, se tenir debout, atteindre, grimper, soulever et déplacer des objets lourds
- Compétences mathématiques de base avec la capacité d'effectuer des calculs et de préparer des modèles d'économies d'énergie
