Support / Repair: investigates and troubleshoots systems problems impacting test activities and co-ordinate repair activities to bring the system back into serviceable condition.
Deploy: coordinate proper systems implementations and modifications to meet the objectives of the customer including process changes, documentation (manuals and calibration procedures) and training.
Develop potential concepts and use systems engineering methods to determine the best concept. Communicate the results.
Improve: monitor system obsolescence and provide input to systems improvement plans using proper program management techniques.
