Ensure compliance with PennDOT, AASHTO, and local design standards
Support permitting, bidding, and construction phases with technical input
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with MicroStation, OpenRoads, or AutoCAD Civil 3D
PE license in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain within 1–2 years)
Experience with traffic engineering studies and analyses
Familiarity with PennDOT standards and procedures
2–5 years of relevant transportation/roadway design experience
