Lead membership growth, marketing, and business development for national restoration network.

Tasks

Development of New and Existing Accounts -Help promote services nationally -Regular communication with existing members on matters directly affecting their operations -Coordinate and/or provide member training -Assist with national catastrophic response plan and procedures -Assist in implementing marketing plan initiatives while maintaining expenses within an allocated budget -Documentation of sales activities -Identify account opportunities and maintain a high degree of sales activity -Promote and coordinate attendance at trade shows, seminars and regional meetings as necessary -Attend national marketing committee and annual member meetings -Keep abreast of changes within the industry, including customers and competition -Assist with RFI / RFP responses -Contribute material for internal communications -Report activities and milestones on a regular basis -Attend regional and national trade shows -Attend, plan/coordinate national and regional meetings with members -Submit monthly, quarterly and annual reports -Hire a Business Development Manager and assist with the development of an annual marketing plan and budget -Identify new members using established membership development methodology and criteria -Identify and coordinate regional membership networking opportunities

-High attention to detail with a focus on fact-based decision making -Social media experience -Exceptional communication skills: written, verbal and presentation -Enjoys working in a fast-paced, competitive environment -5+ years of experience in the Insurance or Property Restoration Industry is an asset but not a requirement
