Utilize OneSite and MS Office (Word, Excel) to manage operations efficiently
Review and analyze reports, variances, occupancy levels, and market trends
Provide consistent leadership to Leasing, Maintenance, and Groundskeeping staff
Requirements

Valid driver’s license preferred
3+ years of property management experience with supervisory responsibilities
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of landlord/tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, and HAP programs
Strong financial insight with experience managing budgets and financial reports
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and property management software
