- Reconcile bank and vendor statements.
- Provide backup support to the Mail Room Assistant as needed
- Match bank scripts with Auto ACH invoices and ACH payment journals.
- Review & approve vendor invoices in DAX and DocLink system.
- Process vendor payments (checks) three times a week
- Import, index, and merge supporting documents for void checks and payment journals
- Verify Purchase Orders and post them for payment
- Process the Payment Journal for ACH/Wires daily.
