- Spend significant time on client sites and travel as needed to effectively lead the HSSE team
- Implement effective HSSE communication plans
- Manage performance KRIs aligned with client expectations
- Provide technical advice on HSSE issues and legislative changes

- Drive annual planning to exceed client expectations
- Contribute to JLL's Divisional HSSE strategy development
