Delivery Assurance Associate (3 Month Project - Part-time)

Description

• Provide supply chain management and production planning support at OEM sites.
• Observe, collect, analyze part and process data, and resolve engineering questions and non‑conformances.
• Monitor MRP tools, production schedules, shop‑floor WIP, and non‑conformances; estimate and revise delivery dates.
• Identify bottlenecks, perform gap analysis, create mitigation plans, and track action items to closure.
• Build positive, customer‑facing relationships with engineers, buyers, and program managers at OEM and supply‑base levels.
• Execute part transition planning, implementation, and verification activities.
• Document findings, write reports, and disseminate information as required.
• Develop and improve work instructions to capture best practices and ensure repeatability.

• Apply experience in supply chain, production planning, quality, or operations; SAP or similar ERP proficiency.
• Demonstrate strong relationship‑building and teamwork skills.
• Communicate shortage status clearly to both operational and executive audiences.
