To manage the technical delivery and integration of multi-disciplinary designs, providing leadership and direction to ensure excellence in delivery.

To engage effectively with selected stakeholders and clients around project delivery regarding timeliness, quality and value for money.
To work with the Project Manager, client and project stakeholders to achieve an optimal outcome for the project and Arcadis in terms of time, cost and quality.

Pre-qualifications with Sydney Water regarding mechanical or civil skill set.
Degree qualified engineering professional.
Background in either Mechanical or Civil Water infrastructure
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the water infrastructure industry in NSW, preferably Sydney.
Must be eligible to work in Australia.
Experience in managing multi-disciplinary design teams in water projects within a design and engineering consultancy environment.
Experience working on large water infrastructure projects as a design manager and/or technical lead, under both concept design and, design and construction contracts. Including understanding of Digital/BIM requirements associated with complex infrastructure design.
History of working in NSW and Sydney water infrastructure projects.
Existing relationship with water authorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good leadership and relationship building skills.
Able to work directly with contractors and water authorities in NSW and Vic.
Able to develop opportunities and bids within the water infrastructure sector
