What you would be doing

  • Litter picking, snow clearing, gritting, weeding, portering duties and cleaning of all areas,
  • Building maintenance duties, including minor repairs, changing of low level lamps and other tasks as required,
  • Can liaise and monitor the work of contractors effectively, and update site records as and when servicing takes place in a timely manner,
  • Receive deliveries and distribute materials to building users.
  • Can manage the site security, unlocking and locking of all doors, entries and exits - ensuring the site is secure but accessible at all times,
  • Ensure delivery of PFI standards for the site, ensuring service delivery is to contractually set standards and in line with Health and Safety,
  • Supporting the Facilities Manager to deliver an on-site facilities management service,
