Mastering the front desk is a non‑negotiable prerequisite; you will develop policies and procedures for all reception functions, ensure magazines, newspapers, brochures and client directory signage are up‑to‑date, and remove outdated items. You will anticipate client and guest needs, promptly handle telephone queries with professionalism, keep the front office neat and organized, manage conference‑room bookings, and assist with event tasks such as flower arrangements. You will also participate in emergency evacuation procedures and crisis management when needed.
As the first person visitors see, you must maintain a professional image, adhere to the dress code, and uphold JLL’s brand promise of client service. All activities must follow company regulations and requirements.
