- Complete scheduled jobs and work orders as assigned
- Participate in safety and plant trainings.
- Participating in Root Cause Analysis and TPM meetings
- Assist during process upsets as needed.
- Inspects plant equipment to identify potential problems prior to breakdown occurrences.
- Answer line calls in a prompt manner and carry required tools to complete work safety and efficiently
- Installs, modifies, or maintains plant equipment and assists in determining appropriate methods to accomplish these tasks.

- Stand for 10-12 hours straight
- Lubrication principles and bearing tolerances
- High School Diploma or GED and be at least 18 Years Old
- Thinking under pressure, making quick and strategic decisions
- Hydraulic systems, pumps, motor control, power circuitry, PLC’s and welding
- Do repetitive movements (hand, arm, leg; bending and twisting at the waist; bending at the knee and squatting, push and pull 40 pounds)
- Exposure to temperature extremes; sounds or noise levels that may be uncomfortable; and outside weather as needed
- Able to ascend and descend stairs/ladders as needed for the role
- Communicate, in English, in a clear and effective manner
- Ability to take and score at an acceptable level on a Maintenance Skill Test
- Ability to precision align belts, gears or direct coupled shafts using proper tools to specified tolerances.
- Working independently, as well as part of a team, and have shift flexibility
- Operate a computer, learn SAP and Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
