The transportation team tackles transformative projects that enhance infrastructure and community connectivity, delivering resilient, sustainable designs for highways, bridges, and multimodal roadway systems.

In this role you will join an autonomous, entrepreneurial team to provide design and multidisciplinary coordination for a variety of clients, including the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario, Metrolinx, and municipal partners across the Greater Toronto and Ottawa areas.

Work with clients and attend project meetings.
Coordinate across multi‑disciplinary teams.
Contribute to planning, preliminary and detailed design of infrastructure projects.
Prepare detailed engineering drawings and 3D/2D models using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation or InRoads.
Ensure designs comply with local, provincial and federal regulations.
Gather data for cost estimating and prepare specifications.
Conduct site inspections and investigations during design development.
Provide technical writing for proposals, feasibility studies, design criteria and reports.
Interface with civil sub‑disciplines such as drainage, traffic, geotechnical and survey.
