2. Minimum ServiceNow CSA (Certified Systems Administrator) essential.
1. Minimum 3+ years’ experience in ServiceNow development essential.
6. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders both verbally and in writing, and a proven capability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
2. Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is desirable.
1. ServiceNow CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) or greater desirable.
4. Proficiency and demonstrated experience with ServiceNow out-of-the-box application configuration.
3. Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations.
5. Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities, including the ability to develop innovative solutions and form sound judgments.
4. Familiarity, experience and/or training with ServiceNow Procurement related applications and/or development of Procurement workflow is desirable.
3. Familiarity and/or training with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes is desirable.
