Engage contractors for their continual improvement in SHE performance
Support the terminal’s SHE permits and licenses applications / renewals
Coordinate risk management and workplace inspections
Prepare the required reports on the terminal’s SHE performance
Report the terminal’s SHE performance and progress on improvements made
Support the terminal’s SHE legal and internal training obligations for all employees and contracted workers
Implement the terminal’s SHE initiatives and Must-Win-Battles (MWBs)
Drive the safety of the terminal’s operations and the achievement of the terminal’s annual SHE targets and plans
Ensure Permit to Work, monitoring records, etc. are updated and maintained
Act as the terminal’s Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO), Registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM) and Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO) and perform these responsibilities including the coordination with the terminal's security team
Coordinate the occupational health & industrial hygiene programs in the terminals
Assist the terminal in the event of an emergency or crisis
Coordinate the annual training plans for terminal employees
Ensure the terminal operates with minimal impact to the environment and comply with legal environmental protection regulatory requirements
Coordinate the terminal’s preparedness in emergency response through the organization and monitoring of emergency drills and exercises
