Maintain regular visibility across the workplace, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders of all levels.
Conducting or facilitating safety educational programs
Monitoring S&H performance and ensuring compliance with S&H policy, procedures and legislative requirements
Assisting with reporting requirements as required
Implementing and monitoring safety and health controls and communication to stakeholders and teams for inclusion in work planning activities
Assisting in the development construction planning documents
Conducting regular inspections and audits and maintaining associated documentation and records
Mentoring and coaching personnel to drive a culture of "Safety and Health above all else"
Investigating incidents and events, and responding with corrective actions

Ideally, 5+ years' experience in Construction and/or heavy industry and high-risk workplaces.
Demonstrated understanding and application of relevant legislation and best practice in a construction environment

Safety Lead Auditor Qualification
Influencing and fostering a strong One HSEQ Culture through strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in managing health controls within the construction environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Formal qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
