- Support inventory management of IT assets.
- Document support requests and resolutions in the IT ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support when necessary.
- Assist in setting up and configuring new user accounts, hardware, and software applications.
- Maintain and update IT documentation and user guides.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Participate in routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates and system backups.
- Serve as the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person.

- Valid US driver’s license and strong driving safety record (no more than 2 moving violations in previous 3 years).
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support role, preferred.
- Bi-Weekly (26x/year)
- Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and basic networking concepts, preferred.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
- Currently enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor's degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant experience a related field.
- Acceptable background check, clear of DWI convictions, for the last 5 years.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk) a plus.
