Developing process simulation models for Downstream Refining, Petrochemicals, oil and gas processing and export, PFDs, H&MBs and P&IDs development.
Performed both steady state and transient process simulations.
Preparing study deliverables such as process design basis, technical reports, process schematics, descriptions, and presenting simulation results in a simplified manner
Executing study activities under the supervision of the Study Manager
Sizing of Unit Operations using inhouse tools, ASPEN Hysys, ProMax, or other software
Assist with the preparation of process discipline manhour estimates for proposals.

Experience in identification, evaluation, and recommendation of concept options, e.g. process design, brownfield modifications would be a plus.
Competency with Excel and Excel-based tools
Minimum 5-10 years of process engineering experience within the downstream refining, petrochemicals, sustainable energies industry working in a capital project and/or in operations environment.
Basic knowledge of LNG processes, Hydrogen, CCUS and energy transition experience would be a plus.
Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
Debottlenecking experience of existing facilities would be a plus.
Holds an engineering degree in Chemical Engineering.
Understanding of conceptual engineering, strong process modelling experience would be a plus.
Strong technical knowledge of downstream refining, petrochemicals, sustainable energies production/processing systems. Experience working with or supporting equipment material requisitions such as pumps, compressors as well as auxiliaries such as turbines will be a plus.
Previous experience with AACE class 4/5 estimating tools will be a plus.
