  • Drive continuous improvement in field practices and procedures to deliver commercial and customer value.

  • Lead Auditor in OHS/WHS or similar qualification is a plus
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office tools to support reporting and analysis
  • Knowledge of auditing, safety principles, and incident investigation methodologies.
  • We’re open to tailoring the work location to suit the right candidate.
  • A valid Construction Industry White Card (Vic)
  • Proven ability to deliver infrastructure projects safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Familiarity with regulated environments and network operations.
  • A current Driver’s Licence
  • Willingness to travel across AusNet’s network as needed
  • Strong commercial awareness, strategic thinking, and influencing skills.
  • Experience in construction and maintenance of electricity or gas utilities.
  • Hands-on technical or operational experience in network utilities
