The Flooring Crew & Foreman positions require initiative, self‑starting attitude, high professional integrity, strong work ethic, and competitive drive.
- Commercial flooring experience preferred
- Willingness to travel and stay out of town
- Ability to work overnight shifts, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Age 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States
- Pass pre‑employment drug screen and respirator fit test
