- To maintain premises to an exceptionally high standard
- Develop excellent working relationships with our client their staff or appointed representative through good customer service.
- Deliver PPM to all plant and associated equipment in-line with agreed programmes / SLA's in order to meet Client and Statutory Compliance.
- To ensure that all applicable site documentation is kept up to date as this will be regularly audited either by internal or external parties.

- Demonstrate a good understanding of L8 water treatment and water treatment log books
- Have a knowledge on the operation of BMS systems
- Good understanding on the operation chilled closed systems and associated plant
- Safe system of Work Procedure – PTW; RAMS etc (Desirable)
- L8 Training (Desirable)

- NVQ Level 2-3 (Electrical Discipline or City and Guilds equivalent)
- Capable of undertaking Remedial and Reactive Repairs with minimal supervision.
