Calculate payments due to the contractor for work completed
Monitor lane closures at construction sites and document changes in traffic control
Ensure contractors build roadways, bridges, and related highway structures in accordance with the plans and specifications
Performing calculations to include material and labor estimates, expenses, technical survey data and engineering calculations
Maintain daily diary of work activity and progress
Inspect project SW3P for compliance with the project Epic.

Possess ACI Field, TxAPA 1B, SB102 certifications or must obtain within 6 months of hire

Related College education or relevant technical training may be substituted for experience on year per year basis.
Ability to travel 15% of the time
