Ability to take decisions independently and take directions from Seniors.
Minimum 10 years’ professional experience in the consulting and engineering industry after graduate education, technical knowledge of road design in Open Roads.
Strong organizational and problem resolutions skills.
A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Master’s degree in Highway/Transportation Engineering with 10+ years of experience in design and documentation of roadway/highway projects. Experience on international projects and particularly North American/UK/ANZ projects is a must.
Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office Suite
Civil3D and / or Inroads and/or 12D knowledge is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff, technical specialists
Good knowledge of all aspects of technical standards and design codes such as AASHTO, Austroads, DMRB.
Design delivery in Open Roads on international projects is a must.
Knowledge of International Roadway Design Standards (AASHTO, DMRB, Austroads or similar).
Competent level of client service management, i.e.: able to interface with clients and to build and maintain lasting, positive relationships with our clients.
Effective communicator and able to work under tight schedule
AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
Software Skills:3. Knowledge of and project delivery in Open Roads is a must. Knowledge of Civil 3D and/or 12D is a plus. Infraworks/Navisworks experience is a plus.
