The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor, employee champion, and change agent, partnering with leaders throughout the employee lifecycle. The position is highly visible and requires regular on‑site presence to build relationships and help leaders succeed.
The HRBP will provide strategic and operational HR support to leaders, fostering performance, compliance, and a positive employee experience across all locations.
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, staffing levels, and organizational needs.
- Identify skill gaps and develop solutions to strengthen team capability.
- Provide day‑to‑day HR policy guidance and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Support performance‑management processes and promote consistency across locations.
- Lead employee‑relations investigations and coach supervisors on corrective actions.
- Improve morale, communication, retention, and team effectiveness through proactive partnership.
- Assist employees with benefits questions, especially during open enrollment.
- Coordinate employee programs and events such as health fairs, banquets, and team gatherings.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to maintain accurate job descriptions and support hiring efforts.
- Deliver smooth onboarding, conduct new‑hire orientation, and manage offer communication.
- Represent Mill Creek at career fairs and act as an employer of choice.
- Conduct exit interviews and use feedback to enhance retention and engagement.
- Ensure accurate employee data entry and maintenance in the HRIS.
- Recommend and implement HR process improvements and policy updates.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field and have 1‑3 years of experience in employee relations and HR programs. bell strong judgment, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential, with bilingual (English/Spanish) ability and SHRM or PHR certifications considered a plus.
